Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time:

Orders of items in-stock placed before 3 PM EST will be shipped the same business day*. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.  Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the following Monday.

In-Store Pick-up: NO CHARGE

Customers selecting this method have the option to make payments when the merchandise is picked up.  The customer may also try the merchandise prior to purchasing.  If she is unsatisfied with the item, the customer may simply choose not to purchase the item.   Unfortunately, we are only located in New Jersey making this option only available for our tri-state customers.

UPS Ground - 3-7 Business Days: $11.26  

For orders over $100, UPS Ground shipping will be free of charge.

*Business days are Mondays through Fridays excluding Holidays.

** Canada Standard Landed Customers Only –   Everything is paid for up front (Landed Cost).  The customer will be charged the total cost for the entire order before it leaves the US.  The total shipping cost for Canadian orders include shipping cost, brokerage fee, customs duty, and GST.

*** All international shipments are subject to duties and taxes.  Custom and import charges are not included in our shipping charges.

Soo Boutique is not responsible for the privacy or data collection policies or practices of the services from which you access our services, of services we link to, or of any services that are linked to our services.


What personal information do we collect from our customers?

We gather personal information about our customers so we can better serve you, and we make reasonable efforts to ensure the security of your personal information and to treat that information responsibly. We collect the personal information that you give us voluntarily or in response to our request when you choose to purchase a product from us.

For example, when you register we will ask you to provide information such as your name, e-mail address, physical address, and telephone number. Registration is generally required to make a purchase.  Similarly, we will ask you for contact information if you request that we send you e-newsletters or assistance from us.           

If you purchase a product, we will also ask you for financial information such as your credit card number, billing address and a shipping address.

How do we collect this information?

We compile the personal information you give us about yourself into an individual profile, adding other personal information about you to that profile as we obtain it. We also collect information about your purchases and other uses of our services as they occur.

We automatically gather other information (including the technical information stated above) when you access certain of our services, including through the use of cookies.

Soo Boutique utilizes the Register.com secure software (SSL).  Register.com is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.  It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.  We guarantee that your shopping experience will be safe and worry free.  In the unlikely event of fraudulent use, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

How do we use information about our customers?

We use your personal information to process your orders. This includes for example, contacting you to confirm your order, fulfilling it, and shipping it. We may also contact you about your order.

Additionally, we will use your contact information to send you e-newsletters or other promotional notices, or to respond to requests for information or assistance from you.

We may also use your personal information to improve our service to you, to customize the content you see, and for research, marketing, and other business purposes. For example, we periodically review customer information as part of servicing our accounts. We may also contact you from time to time to inform you of the services that we offer and to gather information about how we can improve them.

How do we share customers' personal information with third parties?

In order to receive and process your orders and requests, we may provide your name, address, and other personal information, such as your e-mail address and telephone number, to other entities such as credit card companies and delivery services.

We also reserve the right to share personal information about you when we believe this to be appropriate to comply with the law or in cooperation with legal authorities, to enforce the General Terms and Conditions governing use of this website and the terms and conditions governing the use of our other services, or to protect the rights, property, safety, or other interests of Soo Boutique and its customers.

Do we collect personal information from children?

Our services are not intended for use by children, and the terms and conditions governing the use of our services require that you must be at least 18 years old to use them. In addition, we do not solicit or collect information from anyone who tells us that he or she is under 13 years of age.

Return Policy

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 5 days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.  The goods must be returned in original condition. All merchandise leaving the warehouse are inspected to ensure our merchandise is sent free of defects. All returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.  If you do not accept the item being returned to you, you will not receive credit of any kind.

If you need to exchange an item for any reason you must return the original item to us per our return policy above.  Once the returned item is received it will be inspected and you will be issued the appropriate store credit in accordance with our return policy. Once you receive your store credit code you will need to place a new order. At checkout, enter the store credit code and press the “Use Gift Certificate” button to apply the credit. If you are concerned about your event date being too close for an exchanged item, please contact our customer service department for assistance in expediting your return.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

            Customers who wish to cancel an order must immediately e-mail ( orders@sooboutique.com) or call (973) 472 – 6101 (during business hours).  If an order has been placed on a business day before 3 pm EST, customers must e-mail or call before 5 pm EST to cancel.

 

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Sale/clearance and final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.

 

RESTOCKING FEES

There is a 10% restocking fee per item for all returns and/or exchanges.

 

STORE CREDIT:

Store credit is valid for one year after issue date.

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST:

To receive your return authorization number, please go to www.sooboutique.com/returns and fill out the return authorization request form. Make sure you have added contact@sooboutique.com to your email safe list to insure receiving our email with your return authorization number.  Please put Return Authorization number issued on the outside of the box.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise for STORE CREDIT DEDUCTING SHIPPING FEES AND RESTOCKING FEES. Store credit may be used for any future purchases on our website for merchandise of any kind but store credit cannot be used towards shipping costs.  We sell seasonal, time sensitive items so you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. Merchandise must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving a return authorization number from us.  Merchandise returned without authorization or returned late will be refused. All original tags must be in place to receive credit for the return.

All merchandise is carefully inspected before accepted by our return department. Any items returned to us without original tags in place, that appear to have been worn, or are not sent back in the condition it was sent will not receive credit in any form. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees via their carrier of choice, provided they receive a valid tracking number for proof of return.

Payment Methods:

             We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Check/Money Order.  For payment using check/money orders, do not place your order using the website.  E-mail (sales@sooboutique.com ), fax, call, or mail in your order.  Checks/Money orders can be mailed with your order information to:
